Born and raised in Kentucky, Matt Chappell grew up loving the outdoors and sports. In High School, he fell in love with country music and landed an athletic scholarship in the country music capital of Nashville, Tennessee at Lipscomb University.

In 2019, he released his first 4-song EP titled “It’s Clear”. In 2020 Matt released a single called “Dance in Dixie” which is a favorite in Southwest Florida.

Matt currently teaches Biology in Florida and has been playing 3-5 hour gigs at weddings, restaurants, and golf clubs in southwest florida since 2018.
